A great show indeed. The extended Ten Second News was the business and Graveyard Shift is played with power. The band is tight as can be right now and if you can make these shows...get to 'em! Jay is obviously having a great time and feeding off of the audience.

Just read that as well and wondered when it would appear on the boards. Aging has a wonderful ability to help us move on. Great to know they are in contact. The hit to my bank account for a reunion show would be painful, but well worth it!

Got "Cairo and Southern" on the speed dial. Something about the second to last song on any Farrar production holds true yet again. Looking forward to the coming Colorado shows.

Got the album with tickets to see Neil at Red Rocks this summer. There wasn't much on it that grabbed me beyond Workin' Man. Live it was a different story. Workin' Man was great, but so too were Wolf Moon, New Day for Love, People Want to Hear about Love and Monsanto Years. I've got it in the car, b...

solid show tonight. jay and gary stuck to the spring setlist and sprinkled in 3 new songs. jay identified one as coming from the spring release of guthrie tunes. it was strong, the only song he played on one guitar that was on stage all night, and appeared to be in drop D tuning. i assume the other ...

Just walked in from seeing Wilco play outside of DC tonight. A lot of older songs and a heavy dose off the new album. The album closer, "One Sunday Morning", was perhaps the finest thing played this evening. It is a long, winding acoustic tune that really stood out. The 6 song encore wasn't bad eith...

LPV - yes on the above question. As they were preparing to close their set Mark went over to Jay and they talked for a second. Mark then went back and grabbed the acoustic instead of usual arsenal of options and the two cranked out Still be Around. Great stuff. Given this was repeated in NYC last ni...

Had a great time. The same set list as we got at the Birchmere, but with more enthusiasm from the crowd and a bit more foot stomping from Jay and Mark. The sound quality wasn't as nice however, something Mark commented on after the show. The decision in Alexandria to bring out 'Still be Around' with...

List above is complete, minus "Breathe our Iodine", which came after "Outside the Door" and also had some good noodling and jamming towards the end.
