Re: 2023 Tour! (dates posted)

Tour reports? I have to wait all the way til the end!

I was listening to some of the blues tracks Sahm recorded and I'm currently obsessed with It's a Man Down There #2. It would be such a fun encore.

Re: Jay Farrar Side Projects Songwriting Credits

The first set you mention is The soundtrack to One Fast Move or I'm Gone which is about Jack Kerouac's book Big Sur and his time spiraling out in the Bay Area. All of the lyrics are pulled from the book and to read it after listening to the album is a real treat. It was a phenomenal project all roun...

Re: Andrew Duplantis Fan Club

He is fantastic. I'm a big fan. I loved his opening set at Meow Wolf. I always love watching him play at shows too. And the backing vocals. Yeah, he is the bomb. :-D

Because of work we ended up leaving KC Friday 3am and were back Sunday 3am. So worth it. I was sad to hear it might be the last song volt al...

Kansas City was TIGHT!

I can't get enough. I keep an eye on the live streams through FB. I booked tickets for my birthday in Denver. It was my favorite Son Volt show so far. I really liked the vinyl, but I was not prepared for the set openers....like jamming on the gas. So many guitar. Sometimes the vocals got lost a bit....

Balanced set, good energy, AWESOME show
