Re: Live At The Orange Peel

i was able to get one but haven't opened it up yet.
i posted a pic on the SV FB site.
this was a must-have as i was at the show, you can see my stupid grin all over the 6 String Belief DVD everytime that boom crane swept over the crowd.
i need to check if there's a download card inside it.

Re: 26Live & New Single!

New song is fire
Love how strong Jay’s voice, goes up high at points and sounds great
Lyrics so relevant
Can’t wait for another album
Release more live shows, but bring the cost down a bit. If you release 10$ shows on bandcamp, I bet you’ll sell more.

Re: Jay's next move.......

Regardless if you like him or not Isbell is doing a smart thing by releasing live shows on band camp. I don’t perceive that as selling out. I bet Jay has a ton of live recordings of either Solo or SV shows he could easily release and we would eat it up. Bandcamp is free until you use the pro version...

Re: The Listening Post

Reunions- really good album, he's dialed in his writing style for sure. Caamp- By and By , I second that, excellent. JS Ondara "Folk n Roll" vol 1. his quarantine album is outstanding, check this out! singer\songwriter style. Phoebe Bridgers "Punisher" is on constant replay right now. she's quite lo...

Re: Richard Thompson Live! (From the Couch)

So genius! I caught him opening for Jason Isbell at the Peace Center in Greenville, SC- just him and a guitar, my first and only time seeing him. It was pretty magical to say the least.

Re: Next Concert You Are Going To

I was really considering make the trip over to The Caverns to see SV but Jay's got everything off till Newport in July. I hope that still happens. I hope a lot of things. A huge upswing in virtual concerts for tips from my local\regional scene, i'm sure its the same everywhere. I get it when its you...
