Great band. The early stuff was the best. Jesus Urge Superstar and Supersonic Storybook are two of the best albums ever, they should have been bigger.

Goatee in summer and full beard in winter for me. I've been doing it since 1987 or so. I do shave now and then but only to start fresh again. I use trimmers to keep it short though, because I'm basically a Yeti it can get out of control.

P.S. Jay Farrar has so many guitars, he's finds ones he forgot he had! He's got two that used to be mine. I think I've owned enough guitars, that every guitarist on earth has at least one that used to be mine. Jay was using some weird stuff the other night. Are those Gretsch Electromatic's he plays...

Put me down for in between ehhhh and just plain bad. As time goes by the Doors don't hold up well. I like Robbie but Morrison is a flake.

I think the sound quality gets worse the closer you get to the band. From the back it was crystal clear, I noticed it when I went to the restroom. I started out in the back for the opener, Black Diamond Heavies kick ass btw, but as I moved closer the sound got muddier. Happens every time.

I was at the show. Definitely didn't see anybody leaving early on my trips to the head. I was front center against the stage in front of Jay for the whole show. Awesome.

Not alot of people have heard this album but I recommend it. Hiatt only has 2 songs on it but the rest of the disc is strong. Its from his first band White Duck. I've had it on vinyl for years and have seen the cd on ebay. Here's a review from the net. Hiatt made his first recording as a member of W...

I've seen him live twice. Once with Little Village and once with a band about 12-13 years ago. Great stuff. Little Village was amazing, Nick Lowe Ry Cooder Hiatt and Jim Keltner. Just freakin amazing.

Its not about thier age or tunes to me, its that I feel thier tours represent all that is wrong with our country these days............... big, flashy corporate greed, which isn't what THE STONES that I like are about. Maybe some of the profit is donated to a charity, which would be nice but I don'...

The Stones at any age are still the Stones. Its a good thing OATMOR was decent, many here on this very baord were saying similar things about Jay after TB. Its a no win situation. If you play your past hits you're accused of being a novelty version of your former self. If you play the material from ...
