You can just right-click on the separate audio files included with the interview and save them to your hard disk.

Nope. About 40-50ft from the stage, a little right of center (closer to the bar!)

We had these things called "pizza burgers" back in Indiana. It was basically a hamburger bun with ground beef (at least that's what they told us it was) and some sort of tomatoe sauce and cheese on top. Pretty disgusting, but when you're 8 years old it was one of our favorites.
