Yes, it's true. I haven't heard anything new, but there was a hearing today to flesh out some of th details of the lawsuit. They will be closed for a minimum of three months, and hopefully Steve & Jack can find some investors and be able to re-open. I don't know what will happen with Jay's show, but...
