Thanks for the info on the downloads! I'm hoping FLAC will be an option. It is friend. I got mine with the pre order. To be honest, I can't tell the difference from my rip in iTunes to the FLAC files. I'm not saying you shouldn't get the FLAC files. You might hear the difference. My hearing is shot...

Friend, I completely agree. I've got a slight case of tinnitus that varies from day to day and exposure to loud amps during shows (of course). Anyway I've never been able to hear the difference between a ripped CD playing through a great DAC and a Hi Res file.

Do any of you guys buy HI Res music files from, say Pono or HD Tracks?? I don't. I need something to look at and hold when I'm listening. I think it's bullshit anyway. If you play any ripped CDS through a decent or great DAC they sound great. Thoughts??
