There's no ice - heck there isn't even snow after today. It was spring today pretty much. The rest of the week is suppose to a mix of rain/snow I think which will keep the roads fine here.

I suppose it is if you're looking for remants of the Black Swamp. Heck OSU has the 'muck research lab' there (i.e. a shack with a sign). And I think there is some other sort of swamp/muck thing around there too.

Stay off the ice when you get there. Most everywhere up there should be cheap and/or reasonable as it's off season. Just stay away from the indoor waterparks (there are at least three in Sandusky alone) and you'll be fine. Hard to say about beer as some of the places are probably closed until spring...
