Saw Dr. Dog live a few years ago and was not impressed. In fact their openers (Bobby Bare Jr. and Jeffery Lewis) completely outperformed them and had better songs.

Didn't hate them, but certainly put me in the catagory of not understanding why Dr. Dog seems to be getting mentioned all of the time.
