All this AGIB hating!

I have to say AGIB is a brilliant piece of work...perhaps not so melodic and delicate as YHF...definitely a bit thicker and muddled...but it all melds together really well, especially after many listens. It didn't click with me either the first few times I listened to it.

Cats! I mean, dogs are fun, but they're just too much work...cats are independent, but the good cats are independent while still enjoying the company of people. My cat sleeps on my chest or my pillow at night, and claws my face and eats my hair and it's really great! That must sound weird to people ...

Radiohead at the Shoreline Ampitheater in Mountain View, CA on September 23rd , 2003 for the Hail To The Thief tour. There are a few reasons why this show was great. 1) Shoreline Ampitheater is an absolutely terrible venue in terms of sound quality and visibility, but Radiohead had a mind-boggingly ...

1: Straightface, Damn Shame, Clear Day Thunder
2: Greenwich Time, No More Parades, Grindstone
3: Wide Swing Tremelo

Definitely tough though, especially for sitch #2...it really depends on what kinda music the person you're converting likes.

Jay - 10/10 avg. 3.4 seconds
UT - 9/10 avg. 3.6 seconds

The one I missed on UT was a mis-click. Oh well, I think I did very well, especially because I'm not as up on my UT stuff as most seem to be.

Edit: and looking back through the thread, that makes me the quickest/best so far! yay :D

Curling is really cool to watch (this coming from a Californian)

For some reason, EVERYBODY around here talked about curling when the '02 winter olympics were going on. Nobody cared about any of the other sports, it was just curling curling curling.

I can't speak for the movie (haven't seen it), but I find the show to be refreshingly witty and well-written, for the most part.

That's not really fair...some of his best music actually came out of the '80s ;)

Spongebob actually has some of the best marketing out there, and by "best" I don't mean "most effective", I mean "least obnoxious/most tasteful".

It's ridiculous to denounce EVERYTHING that's commercialized; just because it's popular doesn't mean it's meritless.

Rural Free Delivery was a compilation of B-sides and Unreleased stuff that came out after Whiskeytown broke up, I believe.
