i've got tons on tape and want to move it to CD. Anyone have experience with this process? Any suggestions?

I'm good to send a signal from tapedeck to input into the back of computer, but what programs are fairly easy to use? whats the steps from there. any help please, thanks!

So i get a message that Jay is playing in Raleigh Friday Sept.12th at the Lincoln.
Anyone else can confirm? The venue is already selling tixs for $15 but the official website doesn't have this show posted....

I'd like to hear more of the Taylor Grocery Band, folks have mentioned good things... good ol' down home stomp music (ala Chickasaw Muddpuppies?) I gotta say that "Blue Canoe" blows as far as their catalog of incredible songs goes.. try diggin' a little deeper than what your local rock station plays...

Actually, I hear the same.... i've had to jack-up the volume on my home & car stereos to hear the cd.... it IS sub-par to say the least...

Rolling Stone is a money making rag that my dogs poop is not worth sitting on... They've also got some ties with Wilco (see "I'm trying to break your heart" DVD)- they're so far up Tweedy's cornhole that they can't hear what great music Jay has made.... we love it so thats all that matters! peace...
