Just seen your post DS I'll try to check out that box set, it might be out of print too, seems i read it was cause it had some sweetheart of the rodeo outtakes or something, i do like the gram parsons stuff on the reissue sweetheart cd, pretty good stuff.

If so i haven't heard their version yet, i think this cd by the byrds or a new version of the byrds came out in 1996, one cd site online had it but then it was gone, i never knew this cd was ever released,i heard truckstop girl and really liked the song so i been looking for the cd.

The Byrds-Nashville West i belive is the title, it has this song on it called "truck stop girl" do you guys know any websites that sell this cd? I've been in a byrds, Gp, burrito brothers mood as of late!

The acl show has some of the best concert sound i ever heard for any dvd or cd i've bought in a long time, a cd of that show would be great i hope they release it one day.

It's a place called cd universe. i figure i'd hear it first here so i guess i'll wait and see if this message board confirms it.

BTW There wasn't any other info but i think it was coming out june or july.

I was going to pre order their new cd and i seen below it there was a son volt live below it and it was not the live in austin dvd! anyone know if there really is a live cd coming out? i sure hope it's true.

Aint no more cane is a great song i never heard it until i bought the cd, for the last few days i find myself repeating that track over and over, it's truly one of jay's best singing moments, glad it was included!
