Saw 'Hwy 11' on one of the mailboxes so my guess is north or south of Syracuse, NY. Probably south, maybe the windmill farm is the one in Madison county.

Yeah, that is a great video setting for an awesome song. The slow moving nature of the images coupled with the lonesome nature of the song really gel together. Where was the footage shot?

i did an interp of dent cty on tribute 111. where art thou bound to get burned? it passed your taste test. bring it on bro. even more it became a reality when i attended my own dna forebearer's funeral demise. not a tear was shed at the end of the road dry bough ceremony. there were enough buddys' to shake a stick at(grift, that's for you). one spoke the gospel while the other wore overalls and spake the dirt of the arkansas delta. dent county constantly resonates in my bones. a wonderous and mysterious ways kind of emotion. i constantly shake on the dance floor and attempt to understand why i weep before the sunrise.

My late father was already on my mind more so than usual (his birthday would've been a few days ago) and so much of that video made me think of him and it made me think of home.

Even though i know it could've been shot just about anywhere, it still made me think of Kentucky regardless.
