Bruce 4/8 in Cincinnati.
I paid $68 a ticket. Yes that's high price, but the boss will play for about 3 hours, which is twice as long as most of headlines. His price range for Cincinnati was $121, 100, 68, 49.50.

how stupid?
Well the "cheap" seats were 100, all that's left now are 200 and 300 bucks...

Chris Knight, tonight in Cincinnati! I've missed the last 2 days of work, with the flu. I've already brought tix and been waiting years to see him.

Epic show. 3.5 hours, 34 songs, 2 encores, no opener to waste the evening. Band family members in the audience. They still play with all the punk raw energy of their 20 something selves. House lights came on, and they kept playing for 40 minutes.

Just got tickets for Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in July. :)

I wrecked the El Camino
Would have been DWI
So I just walked off and left it
Laying on its side
The troopers found it in the morning
And they said it's purely luck I wasn't killed
I probably ought to quit my drinking
But I don't believe I will

James McMurtry tomorrow night.
