glad you like it. Wrong Black Mare, to me at least, has so much imagery and some kinda visceral-ness that just kills me.

Ha!
Me too.
I had never heard of him, but that "Black Vines" tune is killer.

Will Johnson completely deconstructed a cheesy 80's pop song and made it a masterpiece.

Is Lionel Richie the country blues/blues/country sort of fellow?
I had no clue what you were talking about till I heard that SSG track. That's a damn good cover.
I hated it at first, but I am a big fan all of a sudden.

My pleasure, I really enjoyed putting this together and learned of some great new music. That John Moreland tune I picked is good, but he has others that are just as rocking.

Good job gdave. Great idea. I heard some stuff I was entirely unfamiliar with.

Great stuff... cheers 2U GD! Only one song I had to delete. My favorites so far are from BoogieMan, el caballo, Spaulding and crowlan.

Sweet!
Thanks man.
I never even heard of most of these bands.
Looking forward to it.
I raise a glass of Bushmills to my fellow board denizens!
