Pretty cool they played 3 of the 4 UT World Cafe Tunes. The only one they left out was High Water. It made me go back and listen to all those UT Radio Sessions. Dame they're great. Haed to pick a favorite, but the World Cafe and WFMU E Orange, NJ are both up there.

This is just a straight 128kbs mp3 recording of the entire archived broadcast. I tested it, and it seemed to work fine. I've never tried this before though, so there is a significant chance I screwed something up.

This is awesome.
Thanks a lot for doing this!
Great version of Slate.
World Cafe and XPN rock.

Every version of Wilco's "Kamera" I've ever heard has been better than the one they released on Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. I'll never understand why they released that generic version.

Some amazing performances here, indeed.

Those of you that may have missed the program, click "Listen Live": http://www.npr.org/2011/10/25/141664938 ... amily-tree

Would someone who knows how to convert streaming audio to MP3 format be willing to do so, and then upload and post a link on this thread? This one should definitely be a keeper for the library. I'm aware that some of these tunes are included on some compilations that are already floating around the net, but the audio quality ain't nearly the same. THANKS!

AWESOME! The first 10 minutes has already kicked serious ass.

Does anyone else tuning in recognize the live version of Slate they're playing right now? Never head it before myself. Effin A. SOOO GOOD!
