Another raise of the glass of Schnucks whiskey ... this time to Saratoga Jay..
There is nothing like watching (in Farenheit 9/11) 'W', after hearing about the 2nd plane crash on 9/11, sit there in front of that grade school classroom for SEVEN minutes and not doing any thing .... Not even moving .. could you imagine yourself......say out to lunch or something, and you hear about your place of work or neighborhood being blown up and just sitting there???
Of course, the classroom was in Florida and were it not for Florida we would have no 'W'

Clinton may have lied about a BJ, but a thousand young men and women soldiers didn't die cause he lied about his sexual activity. That many have died and more will die (not to mention Iraqi civilians) cause of the Bush admin's lies and deciet.

I think political statements in music are good and necessary.

I served in the military, as did my father and brother, and I understand the concept of laying down your life for freedom, as in World War I and II. While I fully support and cherish our soldiers in Iraq and other danger zones, I don't think that is what is happening in Iraq, I think a lot of it really is a war for oil, I think a lot of it is inspired by Bush's right wing christian fundamentalists interpretations of the Book of Revelation.
