This is a great show for those who haven't seen it. A guy I know just finished synching the soundboard audio to the video of this show and its a big improvement from the camcorder quality sound from the original video show. Its seems there is about fifteen seconds of Atomic Power missing from the video but who cares its a great document of their last show. If you haven't read the Wilco book you should just for the info about this show. It is amazing that after the show the guys just went their separate ways. Its mentions how Jay just got in his car and drove away and how his wife hugged Jeff goodbye.
I wonder if Jay or Jeff have ever seen this show.

Hank,
Are you looking at buy a DVD burner standalone or one for a computer? I have no recommendations for standalone but for a computer:
Have at least a 2Ghz PC a Open 5 1/4" bay and have an open IDE port.
Get yourself a dual media drive both DVD+ and DVD- makes life more simple. DVD- is a bit more compatable but i bet the gap is closing. The = and - are just formats like VHS or Betamax not anything to do with # of sessions or how many times you can write out to the disc etc. YOu will also need some software to burn the dvd's either Nero or Roxio's dvd/cd creator are the standards but there are others. Many times you can get a copy with a drive you buy. There are also Dual layer dvd burners but the media is really expensive now. The should be backwards compatable to the normal single layer.
Double layer gives you twice the capacity.
Also when you see OEM on the box typically it is the Bare drive, nos software included. If it says retail you most likely will get a software suite with it.
Here is a dual layer Retail package from Lite on that should be pretty good.

Or
A single layer drive

Both around 85 bucks at new egg. Lite on and NEC make pretty good drives. If you want a recomendation on a PC (if you need one) I can recommend one as well
