I actually just saw that guy when I was driving home from the airport. He wanted to wash my windshield.

I don't believe it ever was. I remember being disappointed at the time but not surprised as none of the preceding solo releases were pressed on vinyl. On Chant and Strum was the first since WST I think.

I can't seem to pin down an answer. It would be odd if it hadn't though because all of the others were released on vinyl...
