I can't think of too many videos that I've seen the last 10 years that I liked. maybe it is just my overall reaction to music videos (from an old guy just a tad under the age of the Board Resident Old Guy Tom, aka farrarfan1), but I was not at all impressed with this (scroll down a few till you hit the Jason Isbell one, dated mid-August I think):

If I turned away I found the song pleasant enough but my mind was already tainted by the visuals, almost like the video was imprinted onto my brain! I don't watch music videos, other than the occasional live clip posted on this board, so I am curious as to how others on this board view pap (yes, my subjective opinion) such as Isbell in a suit in an elegant sparsely furnished home. Does/can a video impact your listening experience, your opinion of a song? Negatively or positively?
