I could only hope for a show here in the East, but it looks like it was a very limited event... Trials and Errors by MEC is an amazing album, a classic!

Thanks. These shows are not coming anywhere near me but I would love to attend.

I still need to pick up the re-release of Magnolia Elec S/T, which is one of my favorites. I did recently get lucky and stumble upon a used vinyl copy of What Comes After The Blues.

Hey Folks --

It's been sometime (3 years?) since I posted but I wanted to let you know if you were (are) a fan of J. Molina and MEC, you really need to check out the tribute shows.

I attended last night in Asheville, NC. It was "hit" after "hit." As a band, MEC is as tight as ever and His Golden Messenger's voice paid a perfet homage to Jason.

Really, grand stuff. They are only scheduled to play two more shows, so act now--
