Dex totally approachable after many mind
blowing Flat Duo Jets shows. I talked to him
a few times after in the mid nineties. The
documentary shows the same demeanor
I experienced. The Jets would absolutely
kill their set, like psychotic, and he would be standing at his
merch table after just as nice and alarmingly

He was very approachable signed some records and talked a little about the Flat Duo Jets before the show.
He and Sara just put out another record on Bloodshot (i think) recently, have not listened to it yet.
