Do you think Jay would ever go for an Uncle Tupelo reunion?

Kajagoogoo will never be Metallica either. Do you love them too?

(I know I do.)
Not as much as Bananarama. They went to therapy too.

Were Kajagoogoo American? It would be interesting to know who they support for President in '04.

One thing about any future potential UT reunion, neither would be the type to do it halfassed for some paycheck. It would be done in a very top notch kick ass manner.

I read recently that over the years ABBA has turned down hundreds of millions of dollars to reunite. I saw them in 1979 at the ASU Activity Center. They were awesome.

This is the reason I LOVE Uncle Tupelo. They have done fantastic things and can no longer try to do better. Sure, it would be great for Jay to walk onto a Wilco show, and if Jeff ever showed up to join Jay it would be unreal for a one time surprise, but what does everyone want to hear? The fucking Eagles? Disraeli Gears II? Low Spark of High Heeled Boys Revisited? Blind Faith Deaux? I Iove UT because they will NEVER be Metallica.

It's possible, imo, but only if they're both like in their 50's or 60's, still alive, and finally realize that that it wasn't so bad. Current situation? No way. Distant future? Possible, but don't hold your breath.

Just my $0.02

No, he wouldn't, unless something in his head snapped some 20 years down the road...at least, that's my impression of the situation.
