Second night of the two night stand at Ophelia's was epic. Crowd was a little smaller in part I think due to the weather. A front moved through and the temps plummeted. Light snow had fallen and with the wind and cold it was dodgy to be on the roads, at least it was for this Californian. Same setlist as the previous night (I inadvertently left out Damn Shame and The Picture from yesterday's post--sorry). Sound was better. Band was tighter. Crowd was in, ahem, good spirits. Jay and the crew rocked the house. Great way to ring in the New Year. Jay said the record would be out in March. I've got a good snippet on my phone of The 99, but I screwed up recording Devil May Care somehow. I'll post the snippet if someone will PM this Luddite how to do it. Or you can PM me your phone number and I'll text you the snippet. I sent it to Gold Rush with tho hopes that he'll post it while I'm traveling back.
