Same here, I was really looking forward to hearing it live!

Hope they play in Tulsa in January.

What a night! Great show at a new outdoor venue outside of Austin, TX.

So good to see Son Volt again. My favorite current band!

I am going to dub this the "They Don't Fuck Around" show per my wife, related to the approximate 10 seconds they take in between each song.

The 99
Arkey Blue
Back Against the Wall
The Picture
The Reason
Diamonds and Cigarettes
Sinking Down
Devil May Care
Hearts & Minds
Reverie
Lucky Ones
The Globe
Bandages & Scars
Driving the View
Route
Drown
Afterglow 61
Cherokee St.
Tear Stained Eye
Windfall
The Seeker (The Who — Replaced the “Bobby Dylan” with “I’ve asked Willie Nelson”)
Chickamauga

The section from Driving the View to Cherokee St. was just blistering.

The Seeker was awesome. How many times do you get to see your current favorite band play one of your favorite songs by one of your favorite bands of all time!

I think this was my 19th or 20th Son Volt show over the years and they never disappoint. I really admire Jay's artistry, his approach and that it is always just about the music!
