Spooky is damn accurate, Cal.

His singing style and mannerisms (sometimes toeing the line between passionate singing and theatric "speakin-in-tongues" mannerisms) were un-nerving at first but i got used to it after a bit.

I like his WH stuff but i gotta admit i still miss the blast that 16 HP could give his songs.
Woven Hand stuff is ok but nothing will match 16 HP for me.

Tom Barman from dEUS has a "techno-rock" side project called Magnus that Edwards has contributed to

How was it?

I saw him play last fall.
It was great IMO. Tiny basement bar setting.
I hadn't really heard him before and I found it quite hard to get into the songs. Some things were cool, but it takes time to get used to his singing. Concert was in Antwerp where 16 Horsepower played their last show. Beautiful place

Will give him another chance though. Gonna check out the album and a stockholm show

Great, it'll definitely be rockin'! I'm now working on schemes that will allow me to see Son Volt
