when i worked for a foodservice co the rep from the spice supplier showed a video or slideshow of how most all variety of spices are made. it was weird, almost primitive. i would think they handle coffee a lil better....

i hope!

cat poop coffee all around!
Yep, that would be a Civet cat, I think in Indonesia. It's one of those odd 'delicacy' things that some folks pay a ton of money for.

I think you can get it shipped anywhere (gotta love the Internet), there was a guy on a forum I used to frequent who was thinking about giving it a try.

You know what is awesome... getting a meal at Effies in Marietta square and finishing it off with a piece of bahklava and their own turkish blend coffee... phenominal coffee...

Cafe Trieste

Post by barstool »

In the San Francisco Bay Area, there is a coffee shop called Cafe Trieste in the Italian part of town (North Beach). They use their own Italian Espresso Roast.. Great stuff..

I get headaches if I DON'T get my caffeine. If I haven't had my 1 litre of coffee by 10AM the day is totally wasted! And then I drink another litre during the rest of the day.

I do love a good cup of Kona... though, it's not easy to find someone brewing it in the decaf version - I'm a decaf nut. I drink like 4 cps of decaf a day. Why? Because caffeine gives me panic attacks!

I've had my share of karsk when I was younger. In fact, I've had so much of it it's a miracle I'm still around... Kald-karsk was always a hit!
