He's got a point BM.
Man, this happens all the time. Supporters of the worthless London teams gather together to tell me how much Spurs sucks and making very witty wisecracks! I feared this would happen when I saw that Calexico has joined the board!

Me and Mort must stand strong!

Right then Gooner, I'm gonna have a kip, a bath, then hit the boozer.

See you here and in Jayhawk land!

Take it easy. :D

By all means.....good crowd there and always a good laugh.

I am on a few boards myself but the primary one is the Jayhawks one and now maybe this one.....seeing the band will probably cement me as a convert forever!

I've never been to the Jayhawks board- I'm on far too many already!

Last night at work, though, I played Tomorrow The Green Grass about 7 times in a row on my mp3 player. And I got more out of that album on those 7 listens than I ever have before. For some reason something clicked between me and The Jayhawks last night!

I might have to come visit you on their board some time. :)

Yea....there's actually a better conversation going on outside the pub with the smokers than inside with all the "I smell so much better now" crowd!! :x

Night worker here too, although off this weekend!Gonna watch the game with a couple bottles and then off to watch my local League Of Ireland team and more pints then tonight!!!

And no smoking!!!

I suppose you have 25 people hanging out the door of every pub chuffing away?!

I swear I'm gonna give up drinking and smoking all week. Then Saturday arrives and it all goes out the window. !6 pints, 60 fags and anything else I can get my hands on!

Speaking of which, the pubs are open!
I might have a kip first actually. I work nights and haven't been to sleep since I got in.

Oh yeah...I am the same.Usually the thought process,if I can call it that, goes like this.

OK...I have had 15 pints and those 2 bottles of WKD....I'm full now.

two voices in my head, one telling me go home...the other telling me not to listen to the first one

Obviously listening to the second one I then proceed to drink small ones until either someone pours me into a taxi or the cops raid the pub!

Oh I know all the terminology associated with being a junkie. The fact that I am terrified like a little girly of needles kind of puts me at a disadvantage in the becoming a junk freak stakes!

Besides....after one nights drinking,I need 3 days before the old body is back to normal.I couldn't handle being a drug addict!! :D

This statement coupled with your signature is quite worrying!

Maura Tierney....I am surprised you have the time to chit chat on the interweb....what with all those pesky medical terms to learn in ER.

No,I don't mind Chelsea winning the title so much.I actually enjoyed watching them play, they are a lovely team to watch.Old Jose is a bit of an arse though.Anyone but the red filth is what I say!!

No longer a bit torrent hater.....once you start it's like crack.....you need a fix every so often!!

Blackburn are FILTHY!
They tried to kick us off the park when we played at their gaff.
They can't win by playing football, so they try to foul their way to victory.
I thought we'd seen the back of this primitive form of football in about 1992.
Oh well.
