I guess i feel honored that the past string of shows consisted of one 2 hrs east and another 1 1/2 hrs south away from me

Yeah... I know, that's a bummer though, I can't make it to the city tonight to see that show. But I was referring to the Son Volt vehicle..... not just the infamous James Tweedy.

That's a pity....I am off to see them on Fri and Sat 29 and 30 this month in Kilkenny.The Waifs too...nice Aussie roots band.

Hey guys...... dates really haven't been announced yet..... I mean..... they really haven't been anywhere more than ten feet from the Mississippi River so far.

I think it has been 4 years since Jay has been to Michigan. '99 was the Majestic, '01 was the Ark. Both of those places are 2 hours away from me but... it is certainly worth it.

I'm with you...SXSW doesn't count as a regional date. That's for industry folk...
