Please, please read this all diehard Chicago Cubs fans....

You need to realize a few things before the game tonight.....

1. It is only a game. (although it is a game 7)

2. Winning isn't everything. (which you guys have realized for more than 58 years)

3. Despite his 1960's-era headphones, the kid sitting in the front row of the left field stands who disrupted Moises Alou's attempt to catch that foul ball in the 8th inning was NOT the reason the Cubs lost game 6.

4. Having a manager who wears wristbands in the dugout does not guarantee success. (same goes for having a manager who always chews a toothpick)

5. If you do win tonight and pop the bubbly, please check Sammy Sosa's travel bags, pockets and locker for any loose champagne corks he might try to smuggle into Yankee Stadium this weekend.

6. You still are.....and always will be......the Cubs!!!

Good luck and please hide all shoestrings, guns, sleeping pills and sharp objects before Kerry Wood throws the first pitch tonight.....

I'm happy for the Cork Cubs, even though I don't like them.

OOPS, that was mean. Sorry, don't throw things at me!

Like I said before, I'm a sore loser & going through withdrawals.

I actually flew down to Atlanta for game 5. What an awesome time! I have a feeling my Cubbies might go all the way this year... of course I hope so because I don't think I could take any more disappointment. I've been a Cubs fan for most of my 29 years... it's not good for the heart.

Tonights the night Chitown!!!

I know da Bears won a thrilla today....but if the Cubs blow this series tonight against the Braves, can you imagine the thousands upon thousands of frustrated, diehard Cubs fans that are going to either......
a. be drunk and get in a bar fight
b. be drunk and argue with their girl/wife
c. be drunk and hit their kid
d. be drunk and get arrested
e. be drunk and start crying like a teething enfant out of the blue
f. be drunk and miss work tomorrow
g. all the above

Go Cubs!!!!!

Please!!!
For the children!!!
