Yes it is the Windows scroll bar, you are correct. I still don't like the black.

What teh fuck are you talking about? The scroll bar on the right is regular old Windows color, how could it possibly be "difficult to see"?.

This maybe true but on the black you cannot see the scroll bar on the right very clearly and everything is murky. Like a clown's pocket.
