Are you all outfitted for your new ultra-light adventures yet?
The tent I want goes on sale Friday. Just a few odds and ends after that. Here's where I want to go for our first trip:

I got a shiver when I read the first couple of sentences. Have you seen "The Descent" yet? OMFG. I'll never go out in booger country ever again.

But no, really, looks like fun!
What 2 sentences? I have not read it. It is like deliverance?

Plus... nobody sent me the memo telling me that we were changing over. I almost never found you guys. Or was that the point?

You're lacking two exclamation marks.
You're lacking a sense of forgiveness for my lack of punctuation.

Talus wrote:So what's going on? Any good CD's lately? I've got nothing new since July. Spending big bucks on backpacking equipment leaves little for music-not that there are a lot of things that I can think of to buy. I would like some more Cary Hudson and Blue Mountain...
The new Todd Snider is great. "The Devil You Know'. If you get it at Best Buy it includes a disc with Nancy Griffith interviewing him and they do 2 songs from the album plus Nancy's "It's A Hard Life Where Ever You Go" which is very nice.

Same here. I got the Cross Country book for my birthday. It's pretty good. I'm about halfway through. I'll send it to you after I'm done if you want to read it...
