So last night about 10:30 my cell phone rings. It's Doug. When I answer it it sounds like a monkey screwing a cat under a tornado siren in the background. Then I realize he's treating me to the Wilco show he's at.

She's anything but twitch-able in The Queen. She really is a dead ringer for queen Liz.

On the upside, I have been able to get out and see some good movies while she's been here.

Saw "The Queen" a couple of days ago (insert Ben joke here) and "Children of Men" yesterday. That Clive Owen is shag-a-licious.
