Why did you have to Wiki a Pulitzer Prize winner? Stop watching Oprah and let some culture in.

The Road is a zenith in this fantastic writer's career. Savagely downbeat and depressive yet ultimately, I thought, a redemptive and hopeful ending.

I know, I know. Yet it will continue to suck you in. But absolutely horrific.

No doubt! It's one of the most riveting tales of Rock N' Roll Debauchery every told. And no need to be a Crue fan to enjoy the read. The details of their back story are simply that compelling!
Exactly. I am not really a Motley Crue fan, but I admit to jumping around my room as a 10 year-old as Shout At The Devil blared from my boom box.

Motley Crue's The Dirt is also a great read. Unbelievable how any member of that band is still alive. I am eager to start reading a copy of The Heroin Diaries as well..
