None of you seem to be getting this... he quite literally is a "hired gun". Sharon hired him to stoke the fires of the lazy, hazy days of the JF summertime board. And not in a conservative kind of way.

Okay, I'll play. By in "the same room with some of you", you mean concert venues, which explains why you'd recognize none of us. Your name refers to being a sideman in a band. Son Volt, I'd imagine. Or at least you want us to think that. I have to say that with you obviously getting off on the guessing game, that what I first enjoyed (your posts) has now grown tiresome. I'm being honest.

To quote my favorite San Diego newsman, Ron Burgundy:
"I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal."

Oh and by the way, I am not from England, however I am currently watching the British Open.

I also find it funny that some of you thought I was DCarter. He is acutally one of my favorite posters here, along with the Sturge.

As I said in my first post, I am new to the board. I have been following it off and on for the last year or so. I am not a dual poster, but I must admit to getting a kick out of some of you trying to figure out who this mystery poster is.

I will say this much. I have actually shared the same space as much of you at one time or another. In other words, some of you have been in the same room as myself at one time or another. I have even met some of you, although I would not remember any of you if I ever had the opportunity to meet you again. I should and do have better things to do with my life than post on this here board, but so does Mark Spencer. I learn some very usefull things from browsing here that better my life. Yes that sounds weird, but it is true. Maybe one day I will reveal myself, I dont know yet.

I was thinking Tal kind of looked more like post Night Court era Harry Anderson...

and I mean that as a compliment.

I would defer the belief that hiredgun is someone dual posting... i don't see how one could assume that. Could be an angry lurker who decided to at last reveal himself to the jedi and have his revenge.
