I believe that's from the same Simpsons where Bart tells Homer he's 'The Living End', John Waters is a guest voice for a gay antique store owner and Homer takes Bart deer hunting to make him more manly. Great episode.

This is from the Steelers message board:

"If we don't need cheerleaders, a logo at the 50, painted end zones, bobble heads, kiss cams, or block numbers, then we certainly don't need a Bill Cowher Simpson's Muppet dressed up like one of the Village People"

Pretty much sums up my feelings.

But at least we don't have male cheerleaders like the Ravens.

I caught this late last night on PBS. Lot's of stars and intrigue.

Favorite: Salt of the Earth (end of show)

Anyone catch this show? Some other highlights:

Yoko is insane
Keith looks like he is pushing 60
Mick weighs bout 90lbs
Brian Jones still part of the band
I believe the dude from Sabbath is with Jethro Tull (unsure)
Clapton looks heavily medicated

What the hell was this team thinking? That simpson's reference is tremendous. I predict this mascot lasting ONE season, at most.

The link is noteworthy not only for the funny commentary, but, more importantly, for the link to the classic 'gay steel mill' scene from the Simpsons.
