What is the best way to open things that are steel sealed?

I've finally got a copy of "Trace" on vinyl but in the process I've accumulated an extra copy of both "Straightaways" and "WST". They are both steal sealed in their shrink wrap and I assume the vinyl is mint.

$20 plus the 4 or 5 bucks for shipping seem fair for this pair? If someone wants them please email me at stealthecrumbs at charter dot net. First come first serve I guess...
