The Felice Brothers ‘From Dreams to Dust’. This is my album of the year for 2021. ‘Jazz on the Autobahn’, ‘All the Way Down’, ‘Money Talks’ and ‘Be At Rest’; an all-around terrific album.

Re: The Listening Post
I know there are some Milton Mapes/Monahans fans here.
I wanted to let you know that Greg Vanderpool (singer, guitar and songwriter) for Milton Mapes and Monahans has a great new record out on bandcamp.
He only made 100 copies on vinyl. (There are 8 copies left).
Pressed on 180 gram vinyl and each lyric sheet includes an original pencil sketch of various regional landscapes, signed by the artist.
It is available here for only $20:
https://gregvanderpool.bandcamp.com/album/sub-raton
or just stream on bandcamp.
Even if you are not familiar with Milton Mapes / Monahans, this is definitely worth checking out.
This record sounds great (based on the test pressing) and reminds me of the best of Milton Mapes.
