Well, I was hoping for some television coverage but if you can manage that, fair enough.

I hate having to keep track of American sport thru the internet. Someone do something about this situation please.

I was raised a Cardinal's fan first and an NL fan second. You have to admit
that in some circles these are hard biases to overcome. :)

It all goes in cycles, and All-Star game aside, the AL hasn't exactly dominated the WS the last few years, winning only 4 of 7 this decade.

Get rid of the DH and we can start taking the AL seriously again. ;)

EDIT: OK, bad math. AL is 5-3 this decade. Still not dominating.

It's show time............A-Rod you gotta do better then 0-5.... 2 strikeouts and 2 double plays...., one DP with bases loaded 1 out against a rookie releif pitcher bottom of 7th....... LOL

no doubt the guy is one of the best overall players to play the game but come crunch time .......no where to be found

lame-o- AL East team? How about lame o entire NL?

My supreme hope and desire for another Cubbie Colapse doesn't look like
it's gonn happen, but...there's still the playoffs, so as long as they don't win
it all there will be some sweetness. I *MIGHT* have to reevaluate that,
though, should they make it to the WS. They haven't won anything in a
century, and if they draw a lame-o AL East team I might have to root for
them [Cubs]. A three and out NLDS would be fine as well.

page 3.

damn. those Rays are hanging tough despite the loss today. i'd love to see them lose to Philly in the World Series.

heading to Phils/Dodgers tonight. sitting right under the right field pole in 108 hoping Utley goes deep. 8)

very psyched. and the Mets lost. :D
