Well, I was hoping for some television coverage but if you can manage that, fair enough.Talus wrote:Perhaps you would like the Kansas City Royals to play some home games in Cork?

It all goes in cycles, and All-Star game aside, the AL hasn't exactly dominated the WS the last few years, winning only 4 of 7 this decade.manshank wrote:lame-o- AL East team? How about lame o entire NL?
Get rid of the DH and we can start taking the AL seriously again.
EDIT: OK, bad math. AL is 5-3 this decade. Still not dominating.
It's show time............A-Rod you gotta do better then 0-5.... 2 strikeouts and 2 double plays...., one DP with bases loaded 1 out against a rookie releif pitcher bottom of 7th....... LOL
no doubt the guy is one of the best overall players to play the game but come crunch time .......no where to be found
lame-o- AL East team? How about lame o entire NL?

My supreme hope and desire for another Cubbie Colapse doesn't look like
it's gonn happen, but...there's still the playoffs, so as long as they don't win
it all there will be some sweetness. I *MIGHT* have to reevaluate that,
though, should they make it to the WS. They haven't won anything in a
century, and if they draw a lame-o AL East team I might have to root for
them [Cubs]. A three and out NLDS would be fine as well.
