I guess so, easy to talk to the neighbors that way. The wood fence is actually my elderly neighbor's. It's falling down but she doesn't seem to mind.

with the neighbor's houses in plain view like that

i would go crazy looking at my neighbors house
& actually seeing those yapping dogs
here in calif we like our fences tall
with no holes in it

Shouldn't be too hard, there are few areas in Indiana with 'hills' as found in the picture.

Actually the southern 1/3 os the state is real hilly.
