I caught that as well. Apparetnly the 7.12.05 release date of Okemak was BEFORE the new incarnation... interesting.

I vaguely remember Son Volt doing an album before Jay Farrar "formed a new incarnation of the band in late 2006, and in March 2007 released its fourth album, "The Search."

at least it has some good news.!!!! gob doing woody covers is a good thing and a volt recording to be done in the fall.
