Yeah...oh man, that film Roger shows during Vera is about as heart wrenching as it gets....very powerful. I'm so glad I got to see the show.

I apologize for being overdramatic. Going through a bad time, and drinking way too much. Thank God for the music...

I know what became of Vera - she FINALLY got remastered and repressed onto vinyl - out this fall.
Floyd's Dark Side, Wish You Were Here, and Wall all coming on vinyl - overseen by the band.
Part of massive 'immersion' project of some sort where all of their albums are being remastered onto CD's and included in video projects with bonus tracks, etc.
I'm sure there is a website out there with all the correct info.
The project is called "whypinkfloyd?"

Bring the boys back home.

Vera is 94. One of my favorites from the Wall and the video Roger used of the little girl in the classroom and her reaction to her Father returning from war made it even better.

Thanks Lawrence Fan. It may seem insignificant to most people, but your response meant a lot to me. I can tell by your kind words that you are a special person. It takes a lot to actually reach out to another individual. This world needs more people like you. You too Calexico...

Gotta love The Wall. There was a time when a 15 year old me would have known the music and lyrics inside out on that record. Stunning.

I couldn't remember all the words, at least not enough to get the next line right with any degree of accuracy.

"Remember when she said that we would meet again some sunny day"

??

Something like that.

Now if you had done Hey You...
